From the covered entrance balcony, you can enjoy an impressive panorama of the surrounding mountains. In addition, the balcony to the front of the house offers a relaxing place to read and unwind with limited lake and mountain views.
The house is located in a typical Italian residential area opposite a small piazza with parking spaces.
A partially covered external staircase leads to the first floor, where the separate entrance to the holiday flat is located. A small, covered balcony with table and chairs invites you to enjoy the fresh air. The bright, open entrance area leads into the living and kitchen area, which is spacious and modern in design.
The flat is divided into two areas: The bedrooms are on the lake side, while the living and kitchen area is on the mountain side. To the left of the entrance is the bright living area with a comfortable sofa and TV. To the right is the modern kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette and an inviting dining table.
From the hallway you can reach the furnished balcony facing the lake. To the right of the hallway is the master bedroom with double bed and lake view as well as a guest bathroom with washbasin, WC and washing machine. To the left is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and bidet.
The flat is characterised by its spacious, open-plan layout, modern furnishings and light-flooded atmosphere. Light-coloured stone floors emphasise the elegant and contemporary design.
The lake and beach are approx. 300 metres away.
Dongo has beautiful, shallow beaches with some sand and lots of greenery, ideal for children.
