Its peculiar location allows the guests to go into the absolute calm of nature while being within easy reach to the small historic towns and majour centres of Le Marche, a renowned region for its art and cooking traditions. The presence and discretion of the owners in the premises make this small but comfortable structure truly unique. At guests' exclusive use a porch with table and chairs for outdoor eating and a private garden. A large pool with beautiful view over the surrounding hills is also present. The property is entirely fenced-in.
The annex is composed of a living room-kitchen with double sofa bed and direct exit to the porch, two double bedrooms, wide bathroom with shower.

- Air conditioning available in the living and sleeping area; extra fee of € 10 per day (to pay on spot to the owner);
- Tourist tax: to pay directly to the owner of the house if due;
