Spacious and comfy three-room apartment for up to 7 guests, approx. 200m from the beach.
It comes with an open plan kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms with double and single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Rest easy with modern amenities such as air conditioning (on a weekly extra cost), washing machine and private parking.
The beach service is not included in the price and it is mandatory to pay 70eur/week on arrival at the agency.
-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.

Porto Santa Margherita is a wonderful and renowned seaside destination in Veneto, near Caorle, North of Venice. Porto Santa Margherita is gifted with wide and sandy beaches on the Adriatic Sea, a lovely and long promenade for relaxing walks and fascinating fishing traditions, which you can enjoy along the waterways of Caorle lagoon. The beaches are excellently equipped, lined with rows of sunbeds and umbrellas.
Porto Santa Margherita is the ideal destination for families and groups of friends. Bike rental is also available for you. You can relax on the beach or do several sports, from tennis, bowls, beach tennis, beach volley and beach soccer to water sports, such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, parafly, water skiing and fishing. You can enjoy excellent food in all the restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops across the town. Also, you can shop at supermarkets for great gastronomic products, souvenir and clothes shops.
° Check-in: from 16:00 to 18:00. During the high season, it is possible to check-in until 19:00. ° Check-in upon request until 22:00 (please, inform us as soon as possible). After 22:00, it will no longer be possible to check-in.

-Excluded - Mandatory:
° Security deposit: 200€ will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The amount will be returned to the guest at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
° City tax: it is required to be paid upon arrival in cash. It is 1,70€ per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 6 years are exempt).
-Extras (Optional) > All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:

- 1 bedroom apartment: 50€ per week
- 2 bedroom apartment: 60€ per week

° pets, where accepted, are allowed Only on request: no cats allowed. Only dogs are allowed:
-small: up to 6 kg > 50€ per pet, per week
-medium: up to 14 Kg > 70€ per pet, per week
-large: above 14 Kg > 80€ per pet, per week
-bed linen and towels only on request (subject to availability): 15€ per set/person.
Important Info for residences with swimming pools:
Swimming pools are open seasonally (usually from mid June to early September): the exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions.
