The property is located on a hill overlooking the village of San Marco di Castellabate (approx. 800 metres away, also within walking distance). The house was created from an old farmhouse that has been carefully restored, keeping the characteristic materials such as the wooden beams and ceramic floors. The house consists of a living room/kitchen and seven bedrooms, all of which are only accessible from the outside and are not connected internally. All are rented together as H21U5KA, ideal for groups of friends. In an outbuilding below the villa and completely separate from the central building, there is a small apartment where the key holder resides. He takes care of the daily maintenance of the villa, the pool and the garden. In the main building there are seven bedrooms, one of which has a gallery with two beds and the other an additional sofa bed for two people. The wide open areas with marvellous panoramic views are equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The location is perfect for reaching some of the most interesting places in Cilento such as Castellabate and its characteristic historic centre (4 km), Acciaroli (12 km) and Paestum (30 km). For your excursions you cannot miss a visit to the Amalfi Coast 100 km away, Pompeii 110 km away and the city of Naples 150 km away.
