The property features a bright and beautifully furnished living/dining room with a dining table and TV, as well as an exit leading to the garden. The large kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and also has an exit to the garden.

Non-smokers are preferred, and a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed. It's important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
