This area is framed by large picture windows and is furnished with a dining table, two sofas, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is located in the countryside a 5-minute drive from the medieval town Oria known for its 13th-century Castle (a 7-minute drive), which offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The region is known for its picturesque countryside, ancient olive groves and vineyards. Visitors can take scenic walks or bike rides through the countryside, exploring the rural beauty of the Itria Valley.
The town is conveniently located near popular destinations in Puglia including the UNESCO World Heritage site of Alberobello (a one-hour drive) renowned for its Trulli and the historic hilltop town of Ostuni (a 40-minute drive) known for its whitewashed buildings and incredible views of the surrounding countryside and the Adriatic Sea.
Oria is also a great base for exploring the Salento region.
