The region will appeal to nature-lovers as the woodlands, meadows and streams teem with bird and wildlife.

Close by the house there is a tennis court, not in use. Twice a year, by the tennis court, it takes place the small festival of the village, to eat typical Tuscan food and good local wine.Monticiano with supermarkets, and several shops and restaurants is only 8 kms away, Follonica and the beach 47 kms and Florence 100 kms.
