Boschi di Ciano is a peaceful big old real country house located on a hill, in a beautiful and not (yet) very touristic region rich of fields, woods and vineyards.
Thick walls up to 1 mt. (and ventilators) provide that it's not too warm inside during hot summers.
You will enjoy visiting the tiny authentic villages & try the many food and wine specialties!
Ping-pong, baby-foot, swimming in our lake on spot. Horseriding 2 km further, public swimming pool 5 km.
For total relax no Wi-Fi. You can nake jam instead or have a walk in the wood and in the natural parks around. Kitchen very well equipped. Barbecue available.
Eventually suitable for wheel chair.

Angesiedelt im Hinterland von Bologna , in den Hügeln von Ciano. Die Bergregion mit ihren Wiesen , Wäldern und Weinbergen ist vom Tourismus noch nahezu unberührt .
Bologna und Modena sind in weniger als 45 min mit dem Auto erreicht .
Im Umkreis von etwa 100 km liegen die Städte Verona, Ravenna, Lucca, Firenze, Imola und die Adriatisce Kust.
Das Haus Casa dei Boschi bietet Platz für 4-10 Personen.
Großes Landhaus aus Steinen mit einem großen Hof der von zwei großen Scheunen und einer Kapelle aus dem 17. Jahrhundert umgeben ist .
Ein kleiner Badesee gleich am Waldrand hinter dem Anwesen lädt jederzeit zu einem kühlen Badespass ein.
Das Landhaus wurde kürzlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert .
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Doppelschlafzimmer angrenzend Dusche / WC / Waschmaschine, vom Treppenhaus getrennt liegt ein großzügiger Aufenthaltsraum gefolgt von einer großen vollausgestatteten Landhausküche von der es auf eine Terrasse mit Sicht über das Tal " Vino dei Colli Bolognesi " geht .
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 weitere Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer (Badewanne / WC) .

Aktivitäten
- In den regionalen Parks von Monteveglio und Rocca Malatina findet man
zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum wandern und mountainbiken (nimmen Ihre mountainbike!).
-Schwimmen in einem kleinen Badesee neben dem Haus. Im der nächsten Ortschaft (5km, in Montombraro) gibt es für das größere Badevergnügen ein schönes Freibad.
-Weinprobe : die Gegend ist für ihren Wein « Vino dei Colli Bolognesi » berühmt. Ansäsigen Einbauern laden herzlich zu einem Glas von Pignoletto frizzante oder von Barbera, Cabernet oder Sangiovese.
- Golfkamp 8 km verder.
Die Region
In nächster Umgebung gibt es eine beträchtliche Anzahl von Burgen aus dem
Mittelalter und typische romanische Kirchen ( Vignola , Guiglia, Monteveglio, Castello di Serrevalle).
Die Region , berühmt für ihre Weine und ihre typischen Gerichte, bietet in nächster Nähe ( ca. 5 Autominuten ) einige hervorragende Restaurants die auch gerne zu einem Ausflug einladen .

Grande cuisine de campagne, entièrement équipée (machine à laver et lave-vaisselle) donnant sur la terrasse arrière avec vue sur les champs.
