The modern building complex is in Alberese, opposite the entrance to the visitor centre of the nature reserve "Parco Regionale della Maremma". Here there is also the start of a cycle path that leads to the seaside. In the immediate vicinity there is also a bus stop for the shuttle bus to the beach 7km away.
The holiday apartments have elegant interiors and provide every comfort and convenience: air conditioning, heating, a TV, a garden and a terrace with a table for dining outdoors, a roof terrace, a private car parking space, a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer compartment, tableware and cookware, a weekly change of bed linen, fresh hand towels and table linen every three days.
