The property is located in a green hilly landscape in midst of the National Park of Monti Sibillini, about 4.5 kilometres from San Ginesio.
The completely restored country house, whose origins date back to the 17th century, has a very special rustic charm thanks to the visibly carved-out stone elements and oak-beamed ceilings. The building consists of a main house and two adjacent buildings. A holiday apartment is located on the lower floor of the main house, while on the upper floor are the premises used for the B&B with a large common room, kitchen and family bedrooms. Both the individual holiday apartment (object 844124) as well as the entire main house (object 865332) can be rented. In one of the adjacent buildings there is a studio (object 858699), while there are four guest rooms (object 844921), and the owner's residential unit in the other. There is WLAN access in all objects.
Enjoy the relaxing surroundings of the national park, when you sunbathe on the loungers that are available by the communal swimming pool. The pool area is equipped with loungers and sunshades. A pergola furnished with tables and chairs offers guests the possibility of eating outdoors. The property has car parking spaces.
If the whole main house is rented, the pool will be available for your sole use. Small dogs are allowed. Access to the property is via a road that is asphalted up to the last 200 metres. Upon request, tastings of typical local products are possible. The owners also offer the opportunity, on site, to book discounted offers in health centres (spa, thermal springs, beauty centres). For active holidaymakers, the location in the midst of the National Park of Monti Sibillini is particularly interesting: the National Park's facilities offer e.g. a flight school or organised hikes. The owners are in contact with some facilities, which offer outdoor activities such as trekking, non-motorised flying, horse riding, tennis and skiing.
The nearest supermarket is about 2 kilometres away. Other supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within the radius and are easy to reach by car. The area offers activity options for everyone: You can reach the sea in 35 minutes by car and a bathing lake with beautiful walking opportunities in about 20 minutes by car (Lago di Fiastra, 24 km), while 10 km away are thermal and ski resorts in the municipality pf Sarnano. Approximately 16 kilometres away is the nature reserve of Abbadia di Fiastra, while a riding arena is 10 kilometres away. The closest comunes are San Ginesio (4.5 km), Sarnano with its thermal baths (13 km), Macerata with its arena (25 km), Tolentino with its thermal baths (30 km), and Caldarola with the Castello Pallotta (30 km).
