Positive: Charming Apartment in a Brilliant Location We had a great stay at this conveniently located apartment. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, offering direct access to the city centre, and there’s a supermarket conveniently around the corner. We were lucky to find parking for all the days of our stay, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself has a classic Italian charm, with lovely ceilings and generously sized rooms. It’s part of a residential building, so quiet hours are observed—but this wasn’t an issue for us, even with kids, as we were usually fast asleep after full days of exploring. Our host, Paolo, lives next door and was incredibly kind and helpful. He welcomed us with a Florentine dessert baked by a local chef, which was absolutely delicious, and a complimentary bottle of bubbly—a thoughtful touch that made our arrival feel extra special. Just few points to note: There is one flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Check in and Check out in Person. Paolo greeted us in person for both check-in and check-out, handed over the keys, and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. He even offered to carry our luggage up the final flight of stairs to the penthouse, which was much appreciated as we had two large bags.
