Villetta Montali is a modern comfortable and welcoming holiday home in the south of Sardinia. The house is on a private gated seaside estate: you can walk safely to the beach is just 5 minutes! The house is detached and surrounded on all sides by a shady garden, with two lawns, two patios, many flowering plants under the canopy of pine trees.
The house is fully insulated and keeps very cool in summer and warm in winter, however if needed there is air conditioning/hot air heating and a large fireplace in the lounge
Upstairs are two bedroom, one very large double and one twin, both with balconies, and one bathroom. Downstairs is a further bedroom with either two single or one king-size bed, a spacious lounge, a bathroom with shower and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The patio leading off the kitchen has a large teak dining table with sturdy chairs and an attractive barbeque-cum-pizza oven, one of the most popular features along with the outside cubicled shower, heated by the solar panel.
The beach is a 350m walk, and is pure golden sand and very safe for swimming. A small marina is 500m to the north east and the beach stretches a further 4 km towards the south-west.
The local supermarket is a 5 minute walk and kiosks on the beach sell coffees, drinks, snacks and ice-creams. The lively town of Pula is 10 km to the north east and offers many restaurants, bars and pizzerias as well as shopping until midnight and family entertainment in the piazza during summer.
