Renovated in Tuscan style, with wooden beams and terracotta floors.
The apartment consists of: living room with kitchen and double sofa bed (150 cm), two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. In front of the entrance we have a beautiful pergola equipped with table and chairs to eat outside and next to it we find the independent entrance of a further double bedroom with bathroom, which can be rented either individually or as an integral part of the apartment itself. All around a beautiful fenced private garden with fruit trees.
The apartment is originally for 4-6 people. In fact there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, and therefore those sleeping on the sofa bed must use one of the bathrooms inside the rooms.
For this reason usually the apartment is rented to families consisting of 4 people, both adults and children. In case you want to use the sofa bed anyway, it is recommended only for children.
In case of 6 adults we suggest to rent also the adjacent room, which is connected to a kitchen door but also has its own entrance, paying an extra price. In this way you have 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and a sofa bed for children.
In the living room-kitchen, in addition to the sofa, we also find the television, the dining table, the chairs and the American kitchen.
