Balcony floor - 1st Floor:
There is a spacious, luxuriously furnished living room with high quality furniture, a comfortable sofa and paintings. On one side of this room there is the dining area and a spiral staircase to the terrace floor. From the living room you can enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore. A door leads directly to a very large and wide balcony.
Here on the balcony floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom for children with a large bed and lots of toys. The bathroom has a toilet and sink.
The kitchen on the balcony floor is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
Terrace floor
This floor has an exquisitely furnished living room with dining table, showcase, sofa and leather cantilever chair. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables and a small sofa. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped. A buggy and a high chair are available, a cot can be provided on request.
There is a barbecue area at the front of the house. Enjoy the hot weather either in the sun or in the shade. The terrace is partly covered.
The house is non-smoking and the owners ask you to stick to it and not to smoke in the house. Smoke victims can be given outside.
The pool is available from 1. June to mid-September available for guests.
The property is rented on a weekly basis in the high season, for no less than 4 days in the low season.
