Positive: The stay at Villa Uccellaia was absolutely fantastic. The property is in a very beautiful context, half-way between Perugia and Trasimeno lake, providing an unique tradeoff to be in a quiet place, immersed in the nature with a outstanding view (that property is in a hill) over the neighboring lands, but yet, very close to interesting/touristic places, such as Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, etc that are 20 minutes away. The house is extremely charming, with a style that will remind you of a noble farmhouse in the Italian countryside. There is a lot of space in the surroundings of the house where you can chill and enjoy the quiet and relaxing context. The rooms (either bedrooms and living rooms) are rather spacious, with cozy and well-thought-out furniture perfectly fitting the house's style, while still featuring all the amenities you may need. The kitchen is very well-furnished. Last but not least, the owners are extremely friendly, helpful, and they will do anything they can to make you feel at home and to make your stay as enjoyable as it possibly can. They are very proactive and reactive to support questions and requests you may have, always with a kind and human touch.
