The villa is situated in the hills of Umbria, making it perfect for nature lovers and those wanting to explore Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Gubbio, and Spoleto. The town of Deruta, known for its ceramics, and the village of Monte Castello di Vibio, home to the world's smallest theatre, are just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. On the ground floor you will find a large living room (with a fireplace, comfortable sofa, and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen (with a dining table and chairs). In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with a bathroom (with shower).
