It is just 500 metres from the cycle/walking path between Sirmione (10 minutes by bicycle) and Peschiera del Garda (17 minutes by bicycle). The closest beaches on the lake are between just 3 minutes away. For more active guests there is a windsurfing school just 10 minutes from the villa.
The town of Sirmione can be reached in 6 minutes by car, while the lovely Desenzano del Garda is only 12 minutes by car. For self-catering, Sirmione market takes place on Monday and Friday (mornings only). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients. For other shopping, there is a supermarket 5 minutes away.
Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland 15 minutes drive and Movieland, a 18-minute drive away).
