Prestigious property in a residential complex of private villas with 24/7 security, with two entrances that can only be accessed if you are an owner or a tenant. A park extends along 3 km of coastline with beautiful white sand bays and crystal-clear sea with exclusive access for guests.
The villa is characterized by a large terrace with sea view and dining area with barbecue.

The villa is divided in two floors. The lower floor begins with an open space consisting of a large living room and a TV area with a charming gas fireplace. It continues with a modern, equipped kitchen on the same floor. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a bathroom and laundry area with a second refrigerator.
Also on the lower floor, facing the pool, you will find the first main sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.
The second sleeping area is located on the upper floor and hosts two elegant double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower, and a large panoramic terrace with patio furniture and a stunning sea view.
On the other side of the pool there is a guest house consisting of a large double bedroom with kitchenette and minibar, and a bathroom with shower.
