70’s semi-detached villa in Serre’e Morus, an exclusive condominium situated in Notteri (five minutes drive from Villasimius). The house is furnished in an ancient local tradition style and it is surrounded by an area of 3000 mq of mediterranean scrub and secular junipers which shade the house from the sun and keep a cool temperature in all of the rooms. Also it is possible to have a barbecue in the terrace.
Through the main entrance you access an area around which the house is structured, in this space you can enjoy your meals thanks to a handmade wooden table with 8/10 seats. There is a large living room, that opens to the outside trough two glass sliding doors, which is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a table with 4/6 seats and an antique chest. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and accessories that you need, a table with 2 seats and a pantry. From the kitchen you enter a little laundry that overlooks an area with an outdoor shower surrounded by greenery.
