The farmhouse, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, stands on a strip of farmland of about one hectare, on a hill that gently flows towards a small stream. The outdoor spaces are also very livable, with the private swimming pool, the large garden and a beautiful olive grove.
A few kilometers away there are some suggestive medieval villages of the province of Macerata, not far from very suggestive places such as the Pilato lake, the Infernaccio gorges and the Madonna dell’Ambro sanctuary or the Fiastra Abbey. An hour’s drive from the sandy beaches of the Conero Riviera and some seaside towns like: Numana, Sirolo, Porto San Giorgio and San Benedetto del Tronto.
