Positive: The apartment was recently renovated and appeared cozy, clean, and neat. A well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Beautiful view and location. It’s a shame that nothing is being done to make the facilities more appealing. It could be a fantastic place to live both in winter and summer. The lift to the San Pellegrino ski area is located right outside the front door.

Negative: All common areas and furniture appeared old, worn, and dull. The place is very much in need of a thorough renovation, both inside and out. The apartment complex is clearly neglected and poorly maintained.
