A wonderful, 45 m2 open layout property in the immediate outskirts of Bologna, with a large
30m2 terrace, housed on the third floor of a stately building serviced by elevator, and located in
the proximity of the Sant’Orsola Hospital and Margherita Gardens.

The apartment opens onto a living room whose pastel colors contrast with cherry wood details.
The large living-room and bedroom windows overlooking faraway hills give this property an
elegant and bright touch. The wrap-around terrace can be accessed both from the living room
and the sleeping area. In particular, the former includes: dining table for 4, Queen sleeper sofa,
and functional and modern kitchen with oven. The media storage system and 32" flat screen TV
are across the sofa.
The sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed, placed in front of a TV, and a big
wardrobe that occupies the entire wall next to the bed. From this area, it is possible to access
