Rodani is an independent, welcoming and BRAND NEW Villa, which enjoys an excellent PANORAMA on the Gulf of Cagliari, ideal for those looking for a holiday of relaxation and comfort. Equipped with modern furniture, a relaxing PATIO and GARDEN.
It is located in a strategic area, since it is possible to reach the most sought-after tourist areas in a few kilometers, from the sea to the city, making it particular compared to the others as yet result to be immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility, thanks to the hills of Capoterra that surround it.
The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, and is composed of a tavern of 25sqm and two other floors of 30sqm and 35sqm respectively.
More in details, the ground floor (living room / kitchen area) consists of:
- a kitchen with breakfast counter, 4-burner stove, a sink, utensils, a kettle, coffee machine, microwave with grill, fridge and freezer;
- a living room with a large sofa and 49-inch TV;
- a bathroom ("living area") with toilet, bidet and a sink with mirror.
The first floor (sleeping area) is equipped with:
- a double bedroom;
- A single room;
- a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror and hair dryer;
- the external balcony is communicating between the two bedrooms and is equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy sunrises and sunsets as well as moments of relaxation looking Capoterra’s hills or the gulf of Cagliari.
The basement (sleeping area) is equipped with:

- INDUSTRIAL ROOM: it is a comfortable, cozy and romantic double room located in the basement.

PROHIBITIONS AND RULES:
- Rodani House is ECO-FRIENDLY: We believe in sustainable development and responsible tourism, therefore, for ecological reasons, please limit water consumption, turn off the air conditioning / heat pump and light when you go out from the house and to separate the waste for separate collection.
- Separate collection IS MANDATORY. Any administrative penalties deriving from the violation of the rule, referring to your period of stay, will be charged to you.
- Free internet access is guaranteed up to 20 Gb, beyond which if you want to take advantage of an additional 20 Gb, you will have to make a request, paying at check-out in cash an additional surplus of 20.00 euros.
- Energy or water consumption beyond a normal usage threshold referring to your period of stay, will be charged.
- Any object supplied (e.g. TABLET, MODEM FOR INTERNET ACCESS, BATH TOWELS, KITCHEN UTENSILS etc.) must remain inside the villa and it is NOT allowed to use it outside.
- Parties are NOT allowed: If during your stay, we will notice that a party will take place inside the Villa (loud music, disorder, other people than those granted, until late at night), not previously approved, not only the party will have to end instantly, but you will also have to pay immediately the difference with respect to the previously agreed sum, corresponding to the value of 300.00 euros, in cash.
- PETS are NOT allowed: If on your arrival or during your stay, we will notice that there will be animals, your stay will end instantly and you will not be refunded the balance of the stay paid.
- The agreed number of people must be respected:
• If during your stay, we will notice that other people will stay in the Villa in addition to those established (staying within the maximum number of people in the period of stay), you will have to immediately pay the difference in cash compared to the previously agreed sum, corresponding to the value in euro per person per week, indicated in the site rates, compared to the month stayed. If you do not pay this difference, your stay will end immediately and the balance of the previously paid stay will not be refunded;
• If during your stay, we will notice that other people will stay in the Villa in addition to those established, exceeding the maximum allowed number of the period stayed, not only will you have to pay immediately and in cash the difference compared to the previously agreed sum, corresponding to the value in euro per person per week, indicated in the site rates, compared to the month stayed, moreover your stay will end instantly and you will not be refunded the balance of the stay previously paid.
- We ask the favor to respect the timetables, to which the Italian noise regulation refers, in order not to disturb the neighbors at inappropriate times.
- It is strictly forbidden to move the furniture from its original arrangement.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house.
- The reservation will be accepted upon crediting the deposit, equal to 25% of the total amount. From the moment you pay the deposit, you declare that you have read and accepted everything that is described in the announcement. The remaining sum together with the security deposit, must be paid within seven days before arrival, in order to receive the balance for the day of arrival.
- In case of CANCELLATION of the rent, the deposit will NOT be returned and from that moment on the owner will be able to rent his property to someone else; While in the event that the tenant ends his vacation early, due to any reason, the total price will not be returned.
- In any month there is a SECURITY DEPOSIT of € 400.00, which will be returned 7 days after check-out, only if there will be no damage of any kind and if there will be items in the villa.
- If there are any deficiencies of any kind regarding furniture and objects of the house of a value higher than the security deposit, deriving from a non-closure of the villa during the moments of absence, the relative surplus will be charged.
- The owners are NOT responsible for any accidents.
- Anything not mentioned in the announcement is not included.
