In the ancient Testaccio district, in a historic building dating back to 1913, the completely renovated apartment is in an excellent location: 800 meters from the Piramide metro stop, bus and tram stop within few steps from home and a 15-minute walk from the Circus Maximus and the famous Mouth of truth. Once there, all the wonders of the historic center are within reach!

The 65 square meter apartment is composed of: entrance hall; large living room with TV, air conditioning, dining table and large double sofa bed (160x190cm); large bedroom with TV, air conditioning, wardrobe with hangers and double bed (160x190cm); eat-in kitchen with TV, table, washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, electric kettle, microwave oven, utensils for eating and cooking; large and comfortable bathroom with shower. The apartment is also served by a central heating system and is easily accessible to people with reduced mobility, thanks to an access ramp to the entrance door and to the presence of an elevator.

Upon arrival they will be required to sign a TOURIST LEASE CONTRACT and to present a valid identity document in order to communicate the stay at the apartment to the competent authorities, as required by Italian anti-terrorism law.
- In respect of the other condominiums, it is forbidden to make noise from 22:00 to 8:00 in the morning and from 12:00 to 15:00 in the afternoon.
- We kindly ask our guests to stay in the apartment in a civil and polite manner, respecting the private property of others and the other inhabitants of the building. Guests are also invited to leave clean dishes, glasses, dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, ovens, coffee machine and hob before leaving the apartment, as any civilian would do.
-It is strictly forbidden to bring into the house any person unrelated to those registered at the time of check-in unless previously authorized by the owner.
-Smoking is prohibited in the house.
