The bathroom with shower is new, although inserted in the original stone and the rest of the house has been tastefully restored to perfection. The house is equipped with a district heating system for domestic hot water and heating.
The tower house "Capanna Sinibaldi" has an independent entrance and has, just a few meters away, a 60sqm garden and a small wooded area in the shade of chestnut trees. The house is situated in the hamlet of Montieri, on the metallifee hills of the Maremma, whose origins date back to the Etruscan period.
