The kitchen also has an exit to the garden and there is a shower/WC as well.
On the upper level, you will find an open walk-through room with one double sofabed, an interconnecting room with two beds, and one room with a double bed. There is also a shower/WC. The property has oil heating, parquet floors, and a roofed terrace that leads to a large terrace of 50 square meters.
