It has a beautiful view of the city of Assisi that you can admire from the balcony and everything is in a walking distance, including grocery store, lyric theater, city swimming pool, bus stop, train station, restaurants and everything else you might need during your stay.
The size of the studio is approximately 350 Sq. feet (35 square meters) and it is on the second floor with elevator. In the same building on the ground floor there are many shops, including a coffee shop, barber, home supplies shop and a grocery store.
