The house is equipped with independent air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms to counteract the heat even in the hottest summer days.
All windows and doors are equipped with anti-intrusion grilles (the keys for opening are supplied) and in the sleeping area are fitted with mosquito nets.
The property is well organized to meet a wide range of needs:
• develops on one level and outdoor spaces are designed to accommodate families with children;

In this case we allow ourselves to recommend the use of the rental car or bike to be used in full safety on the new and super technological cycle path.
