The apartment is located on the top floor of Villa Solaria, it is composed of two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a protected kitchenette located in one of the two terraces.
The first bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 double bed, the other bedroom has a 2 single beds.
One of the two terraces, which is the largest in size, has a canopy that allows to make the most of the outdoor space thanks to a hob that allows to cook outdoors in the hottest season. A table and chairs complete the shaded area.
The second terrace, also of considerable size, is completely sheltered and allows to relax outdoors even in case of rain. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terraces. Inside the apartment, in the space that connects the two rooms there is a refrigerator and a microwave with an attached table that complete the equipment of the holiday home.
In the tennis court a relaxation area has been created that allows to have an oasis of peace under the house, with a 12x7 meter pool.
To reach the house there is an exclusively pedestrian path of 300 meters uphill starting from the nearest free public parking, it is therefore mandatory to make a stretch of road that cannot be driven over, this distance allows you to have, once you get home, a view to 360º degrees on the Paradiso Gulf and on the Portofino mountain from every room and from every terrace of the Paradiso apartment.
The parking lots are public and free, however during the high season and at weekends the parking is not easily found, on arrival of the guests we provide free parking giving the place occupied by us.
In high season it is advisable to use the car moderately and it is prefer to travel by train; we remember in this regard that the Sori railway station, like the car park, is only 300 meters away from the holiday home.
