The ski-in/ski-out chalet is located in the small village of Kötschach-Mauthen, at the tip of Carinthia's Gailtal valley, nestled between breathtaking mountain formations in the tri-border point Austria - Italy - Slovenia and blessed with above-average sunshine hours.
