The House:
Renovated and modernized in traditional Sardinian style, you can experience your holiday oasis on two levels. Architecture and furnishings are traditional (including Reed ceilings) and offer every comfort. You live approx. 1000m from the dream beach (Guida Blu 2013: "most beautiful beach in Italy") in one of the most beautiful historical places of Sardinia and an ideal starting point for your relaxing or active vacation.
The house offers on the ground floor a cozy living and dining room with kitchen, dining table and an additional sofa bed. In addition, the apartment on the ground floor offers a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
The two separate bedrooms on the upper floor can be reached via the wooden stairs in the living room. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00), wardrobe and seating. In bedroom 2 there is a single bed and a wardrobe.
In front of the house you can relax in Sardinian cosiness.

Location of the house
The old town house is located in the Centro Storico, the historic center of the town. It is located in a very quiet side street and within walking distance of the beach, which was named Italy's beach in 2013.
Posada is in the province of Nuoro and is one of the most beautiful historical places in Sardinia. The province of Nuoro is considered an insider tip of Sardinia because the emerald-like water color of the sea and the fine sandy beaches are reminiscent of the nearby Costa Smeralda, but at the same time it is not nearly as crowded as Olbia-Tempio, Sassari or even southern Sardinia around Cagliari. In Posada, the 5 km long sandy beach is rarely visited by more than 300 people even in high season.
The old town of Posada stretches up stairs and small cobblestone paths up a mountain about 150 meters high. It is dominated by the ruins of the old Genoese fortress 'Castello della Fava' from the XII century, which invites you to visit. A steep rock rises about 1 km from the sea from the fertile alluvial plain. Some farmers maintain small stands here and offer fresh fruit and vegetables for sale. From the castle, the sea shows itself in a wonderful panorama in its infinite expanse, with incomparable sunrises, and - depending on the weather and the season - sometimes storm-breaking surf.
