2 (symmetrically identical) are on the ground floor with parking space to the south-west and patio-garden to the north-east.
From the garden (20 meters x 10), well shaded, you can access a large fenced park where children and kids of all ages play free and safe. Between the garden and patios (2) in common you can have many tables and chairs, deckchairs, a large double bed swing, 2 hammocks, a shower with hot and cold water and a fun swimming pool (20 € / h) with water heated for 4 people. Normally one of the two units on the ground floor is inhabited by the owner, always available to offer various services (electric bike rental, kite school, transport to and from airport or station, trips to the tropea and surroundings, etc ...) to make it more pleasant and your holiday is fun. Each of these 2 units can accommodate up to 6 people in emergency, but comfortably 2-4 people since the bathroom (with shower) is unique. It is a quiet and peaceful place to rest or relax after a nice day of kiting. The 2 units upstairs (one of which is the subject of this announcement) are studios with bathroom / shower, have a large shared south-west terrace and another smaller one overlooking the garden on the north-east side. The garden can be accessed via stairs to take advantage of what is available, described above. One of the two units, of identical size, in place of the kitchen, has a comfortable double sofa bed as well as 2 separate beds. There are no heaters but it is possible to request gas stoves. Ceiling shakers are available in all the interiors. Hot water from solar system or from water heater.
Available for hire, on request, 2 electric pedal assisted bikes very comfortable, efficient and fun.
