La Casina dell'Orto is the charming dependance of a main villa situated in Alberoro, 7 km far from Monte San Savino in the province of Arezzo. Alberoro is a small village set amidst the fertile Valdichiana valley which is principally known for the cattle-rearing of the Chianina breed. The Chianina is known worldwide for being one of the best Italian beefs and particularly used to prepare delicious “Bistecca alla Fiorentina'.
The property is composed by the pretty holiday home La Casina dell’Orto and the main house where the owners live. They are very kind and hospitable and always respects the clients’ privacy.
This small house is recommended for a couple who needs a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan countryside without renouncing every kind of comfort and care you have at home. A few days in Casina dell’Orto allow easy day trips to the most important and famous towns and villages of Tuscany and Umbria like Firenze, Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino, Castiglion del Lago, Perugia, Assisi.

INTERIOR
The house is about 30 m2 and is composed by a large and cosy room with one double bedroom, kitchen with table and chairs. The house has also a bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR
La Casina dell’Orto has its own independent access and a covered parking place. The well-kept garden is full of coloured flowers and is totally fenced. There is barbecue and a practical roofed-over veranda in the main entrance of the house. It is equipped with table and chairs and ideal for “al fresco” meals
NOTE: please take note that the owners have a few cats and a couple of small dogs (an old Daschund and a crossbreed one; both of them very tame and good)
POOL
The beautiful swimming pool is situated in a sunny position, in front of La Casina dell'Orto. It measures 6 x 12 m / Depth: from 1,10 to 2,80 m). The pool may sometimes be used by the owners. They personally take care of the pool and garden maintenance.
