You are in Rimini, facing a very wide stretch of beach. Get out of the house with beach flip-flops, swimsuits and t-shirts and the stretch from the front door is shorter until you put your feet on the sand from the sand until you enter the water.
It's my summer apartment, comfortable and informal, on the 4th floor with sea view, with elevator. You just have to cross Viale Regina Elena and you are on the Lungomare. The rooms and the lounge are very bright, all having direct access to the balcony.
The master bedroom is large, with a 160 cm bed and three wardrobes, the second double bedroom is smaller, with a 140 cm double bed and 2 wardrobes. A single bed can be placed in the large bedroom or in the living room. There are no bunk beds.
The living / dining room is large, the small kitchen of production only is a separate and closed (not room with kitchenette), bathroom with shower, large balcony.
In summer and on weekends Rimini is ... Rimini, but all windows and French windows are equipped with double glazing.
You can use the FIBRA 100-mega wifi connection, you have Bosch dishwasher and washing machine, 37-inch flat-screen TV, Vorwerk Kobold electric broom.
In the bathing establishment you find across the street you can rent beach umbrella with weekly packed sun beds and if you have a dog there is the area where you can access with him.
And when you do not want to go to the beach on the terrace there is a comfortable cot.
For any need I'm always available and I can reach you in a few minutes.
You are right on Viale Regina Elena, 50 meters from the sand. Restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, grocery stores, drugstores, tobacconists are practically located near the house.
If you have a pet (cat, small dog) you can take it with you.
At home you can not smoke, but you can do it very pleasantly on the balcony.
There is the possibility to park the bike / bike in an enclosed, unattended condominium space.
If you arrive at the airport of Rimini or at the train station I can pick you up.
PARKING SPECIAL
If you arrive in the car, you have zero difficulty.
