Positive: Room - very nice. Woman at desk..morning. Went above and beyond to research a question...even came down and found me at breakfast! How kind!!

Negative: The place to enter with quite a number of steps was a bit unexpected. I came traveling very light, but if I had even had a small rolling bag, it would have been a bit challenging. It is, however, part of Gubbio -it is a hill town! Hearing the bells all night was an interruption for me..not the fault of the hotel, but a distraction for sure.

Summary: I don't think I would give it a four star rating, but it was overall a good experience.
