Summary: The room I booked wasn’t available so we were upgraded to a superior room which was good - it was a huge apartment which was lovely. The service was good, the people were friendly and helpful when needed but the overall condition of the hotel feels slightly run down. The walk to the metro is easy enough - takes about 8 minutes and the metro was easy to use. The surrounding area of the hotel is not the nicest but as a base the hotel was conveniently located.
