Provencal style villa with a stone tower, lovingly restored with every comfort, with wide open spaces for families and small groups. Outside, there is a private swimming pool 6mx12m. The villa comprises 6 beds for adults and a cot for children. The villa is equipped with an access ramp for people with disabilities and chair lift access from garage.
Immersed in the Umbrian countryside overlooking the hills, but in the countryside near the provincial road and well connected, it associates a rural environment with the comforts of a modern home. The location offers an excellent solution to stay in the country and as a base for hiking in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. Several beautiful locations in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio are easily reachable for day trips.
The offer is for hospitality only (meals are not provided), but has a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. The area is also rich in restaurants. The rent includes the supply of bed linen and towels, including towels for the pool shower. For stays of multiple weeks, a change of linen and cleaning environments is included. A discount will be offered depending on length of stay. An un-refundable deposit is due at booking time and the balance is due within 15 days of arrival.
