There is a convenient half bath that also has a door to the deck for quick trips in from the pool or beach. Also on this level you'll find the laundry room with 2 sets of washers/dryers and 2 bunk bedrooms, each with private full baths. Just steps from the game room you will enjoy the pool area featuring the private swimming pool with kiddie pool. The hot tub is nearby as well as easy beach access using the private boardwalk from the pool area to the shared boardwalk to the beach. The mid-level of the home greets you with a comfortable den with 65" Smart TV, half bath and sliders to the expansive oceanfront deck. There are four master bedrooms on this level, three of which have access to the oceanfront deck, the fourth with access to the soundside deck.
