Summary: Condo is in an excellent location. Well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Nice mudroom. If I owned it, I would gut the interior. The carpet looks to be 30 years old, and the rest of the interior needs a major refresh. One recliner no longer closes and is a potential threat for small children or pets getting stuck in it.
