Podere Luciano was born from the love we have cultivated for years for wine. By renting the entire farmhouse you can stay in 4 independent apartments: "from grandmother" "from Sara" "from music" "Tigli", enjoying in total exclusivity the quiet offered by the hills surrounding the property and the large solarium around the pool.
The different apartments allow us to accommodate up to 18 people. All are well furnished with internal living area with TV, each with a kitchenette for cooking. The bedrooms are complete with linen. Private bathroom in each accommodation fully equipped with washing machine, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Free WI-FI available in all apartments.
In addition, by renting the entire farmhouse you will have a large common room, with a spacious adjoining kitchen, for having lunch or dinner together in company! Our aging cellar is available to taste our wines!
The 4 apartments are made up as follows:
"della musica" open space of 50 m2 with kitchenette, living area with TV and sofa and double bed area. Bedroom (25sqm) with double bed and n. Two single beds. Bathroom with shower. Suitable for n. 4 - 6 people.
"dalla Nonna" 80 sqm apartment with large living room with kitchenette, n. 2 double bedrooms and single bed and bathroom with shower. Suitable for 4 - 6 people.
"da Sara" 50 sqm apartment with living room, kitchenette and sofa (sofa bed possible) + n. 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Suitable for 2-4 people.
"I Tigli" 40 sqm ground floor apartment with living area and kitchenette + 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Suitable for 2 people. In front of the entrance there is an area equipped with a gazebo for outdoor dining overlooking the vineyards and the city.
The new swimming pool for the exclusive use for you guests is surrounded by a large lawn with sun beds and deck chairs to relax in the greenery and nature of the Monferrato. Area equipped for barbecues for cooking and eating outdoors with breathtaking views of the vineyards from which we produce excellent natural wines.
Podere Luciano is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the quiet hills.
A 5-minute drive from the historic center of Acqui Terme will welcome you with excellent restaurants and trattorias to taste the typical dishes of the area, aperitif bars, shops and local markets.
