The house is located near the Mediterranean, surrounded by an orchard, in a relaxing private atmosphere. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a spacious veranda, outdoor living space, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room. It is fully furnished, inside and out. Along the highway 115 Sud Occidentale Sicula, you have access by exit to the most beautiful beaches in the area, including the Foce del Fiume Platani, Borgo Bonsignore, Heraclea Minoa, Bovo Marina and Torre Salsa (WWF - Sea turtle nesting sites' Caretta caretta 'should protect).
Heraclea Minoa from the 6th Century BC Chr. (Antiquarium); Valle dei Templi of Agrigento; Archeological Park Selinunte testify to the archaeological history and influence of the Greeks.
The nearby seaside resort of Seccagrande offers access to the bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, tobacco shop, pubs, ATMs, restaurants and pizzerias. The location is ideal for visiting the city of Sciacca and Agrigento. Also for sports fans (hiking and biking), paths with citrus trees and olive groves are offered.
The rules of the house are simple. It is highly recommended to smoke on the porch, out of consideration for other guests. Please note the waste separation. Dogs and cats are welcome
