The CASALE is part of a typical Marche-style country house built in the 14th century by order of the bishop's curia in order to establish a site for the production of excellent quality wine and oil. The ancient cellar and vineyards are still active and produce wines sold directly on the spot. The layout of the internal spaces is functional and allows guests to be accommodated comfortably in two suites and two bedrooms connected together by a suggestive "fireplace room" where furniture, accessories and rugs are lost in the memories and life of past owners. The spaces are divided between the ground floor where the cellars and the sales point are located and the "entrance of the Bishop"; through a suggestive staircase with vaulted ceilings you get to the first floor or better to the entrance or waiting area. From here you reach the Sala del Camino described above and which represents the heart of the cottage. The two suites and the two bedrooms are still as in the past, same walls, same furniture and same details between 200 and 100 years of age. The atmosphere is unique and extraordinary, the noises and perfumes seem to be from another time and in fact they are. From the windows of all the rooms and halls the view is breathtaking and across the hills your eyes reach the sea of the Conero Riviera up to the Apennine Mountains. Guests also have a large storage area available. In the private garden, a swimming pool open only in summer enriches the spirit and the day of all the occupants of the farmhouse. The farmhouse is located on top of a hill near an archaeological site dating back to Roman times and enjoys the proximity of the sea as that of the mountains. The airport is 22 km away. The beaches of the Conero Riviera are 20 km away and the Mountains 34 km away. The main attractions such as the water park and the adventure park are easily accessible and the medieval atmosphere can be found in Gubbio, Assisi, San Marino. Jesi, Senigallia and Ancona which are very close and ready to offer any type of activity for young people and adults.
