Villa Monika, entirely at the private disposal of guests, is located in a characteristic village just 3 km from the coast and Santa Cesarea Terme. In classic Salento style, the house develops almost entirely on a single floor with entrance through a magnificent garden equipped with dining table and chairs, outdoor living area, veranda and swimming pool with no introspection from the outside thanks to the lush plants and the wall surrounding the property. 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. Space
THE VILLA:
Private entrance from the small central street of the village. Safe and with little traffic, with the possibility of parking for free and without difficulty in the immediate vicinity.
From the private garden you can access the entrance hall, via 6 wide and easy to climb steps, and from here to the balcony and the entrance to the house.
The villa consists of a main structure entirely on one floor (just a few steps to access the living room to the fireplace room), and a partly "independent" structure but accessible from the same entrance hall and part of the same property.
In the main structure of the villa we find:
- 3 bedrooms with very high ceilings. All with private bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito nets.
- Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, moka, crockery, tablecloths, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, toaster...)

- Living room and fireplace room with TV
