A half bath is conveniently located near the cabana. A sauna and the boardwalk to the beach complete your outdoor paradise! The rec room is equipped comfortably with leather furnishings, pool table, foosball and a 70 in. TV and surround sound system. A wet bar includes an ice maker, dishwasher and refrigerator. Exercise enthusiasts enjoy an exercise area with treadmill machines while watching TV. There is also a ping-pong table in the garage and an additional half bath. A spacious kid's main bedroom has 3 Duobunks, a 27' TV and game/play table.
Mid Level: This level is designed to amaze you with 5 King main bedrooms and a main bedroom with 2 Singles. All bedrooms with 27' TVs. It will be hard to rival the immense home theater equipped with Runco projector with 123' Stewart film screen! The theater is equipped with leather sofas and chairs set up in a tiered format, motorized shades on windows, soundproofed walls and high quality audio that will amaze any listener. iPad touch panels provide easy to use controls for the entire system. Just outside the theater is a half bath so you won't have to go far! You will also find a large office with deck access, equipped with a computer, fax and TV...a very peaceful work environment with a beautiful ocean view. You can begin or end your day relaxing in the hot tub on the mid level deck overlooking the ocean and pool.
Top Level: Use the elevator to carry your groceries to the spacious gourmet kitchen with granite countertop bar and dual appliances. You can enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound while preparing a feast for your family. There are separate breakfast and dining areas, and an elevated sitting area with its own porch. The main dining area has a one of a kind 4' x 10' granite dining table. The huge great room offers beautiful furnishings, incredible audio visual systems with 50 in. HDTV and stereo and, of course, views too amazing for words. There are 2 King main bedrooms, one with a Kohler Bubble Massage tub, and with deck access. Rounding out this level is another half bath.
