Positive: Location was superb and the facilities were great.
Negative: Communication needs to be improved. No details of how or where to collect keys. Also I contacted the host during my stay and they never replied to my questions. I didn't know what to do with the keys at check out. Main lounge was too hot and no way to alter the temperature on the wall control-it didn't respond. No information provided about where to empty rubbish-I could only find a glass bin. Maybe provide a lamintaed sheet with some details of bins, restaurants etc nearby. Shower base in need of a deep clean.
Summary: Great place to stay to access Santa Caterina.
