You can expect a large, heated swimming pool (5 mx 12 m, depth 1.20 m, single use) with whirlpool, deck chairs and parasols, an outdoor shower, a grill, a wood stove, garden furniture and a beautiful garden around the villa.
The holiday villa consists of two floors connected by an external staircase.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, 4 sofas, 2 armchairs, dining table and satellite TV. To the right of this is the dining room and the perfectly equipped kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. On request and free of charge, you can also use the toaster, microwave, citrus press, iron and ironing board. The kitchen has direct access to the garden. On this level you will find two bathrooms with double sinks and 2 separate toilets each.
You can reach the upper floor via the outside stairs. Here you will find the five bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 cm), satellite TV, small fridge, safe and shower room with hairdryer and toilet. A cot can be placed on request.
On the first floor there is also a second living room with a fireplace, table, sofa and armchair and a reading room.
The villa is fully air conditioned. WiFi is available.
Vehicles can be parked in front of the house. Well-behaved pets are welcome. The first shops are about 500 m away from the villa. First supermarket 2 km. Assisi train station 3 km, Perugia airport 10 km. A weekly cleaning service (1 hour) is included in the rental price.
