The villa, 900 mt from the coast and 1,5 km from Is Solinas Beach and Gulf, is ideally located to visit the enchanting south-west coast too (from Chia to Sant'Antioco or beyond), and it's only 5 minutes driving from wonderful Porto Pino Beach and its famous white-sand dunes. The villa, tastefully decorated, lies in the best position into a small elegant and peaceful residence of five villas only. Its nice, large private garden, three sides exposed, is surrounded by an Olive-grove. The veranda at north side is full equipped to enjoy in perfect privacy the outdoor spaces: here you have a a large garden table with chairs, an external third shower and washbasin, a barbecue... Into the villa, you may find, at ground floor, a comfortable living room, a full equipped kitchen and a large equipped bathroom; at first floor, you may find two rooms both with balconies and nice country-side view, and a second equipped bathroom with shower. / 3 quality independent air conditioning splitters: one in each room and one at the ground floor. Swimming-pool (4,5mt x9mt) is in share, reserved to the guests of the 5 villas only. The house is new (2009), very well built and isolated (double glazed windows, adjustable blinds, private water supply, automatic garden irrigation + other facilities). In addition, every year we do our best to beautify it and renew its equipment!
