With generous yards and gardens, you'll feel removed from the hustle and bustle, even though you're only a few blocks from the center of the action. You’re only a few blocks from award-winning Cocoa Cinnamon, Geer St. Garden, Hutchins Garage, Motorco Music Hall, Durty Bull Brewery, Corpse Reviver and the Blue Note with live music. Walk to the Farmer’s Market on Saturday, jog to East Campus, or take yourself on a progressive food tour through downtown and back! You will feel far from the bustle, but you can’t find a better location to relax between activities.
