Positive: Great location and nature. Great beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is clean and big enough, there was enough space for everyone. The area is very green and clean. Tasty and varied food, the restaurant staff is very attentive and polite. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Daily cleaning and change of towels.

Negative: The hotel administrators did not inform us about free drinks in the bar and did not provide the password for the Wi-Fi. On the day of check-in, we arrived at 13.30 and were not provided with lunch, had to wait until 19.30 for dinner, which was unacceptable considering the presence of two children and the fact that we flew in from another country and were hungry. The room was not provided upon arrival. They said to wait an unknown amount of time. My daughter had a fever, and after 40 minutes of waiting, I asked to check us in earlier for an additional fee, and the room was provided. Had to pay an extra 196 €, without explanation for what exactly, as the administrator spoke very poor English.
