Masseria Helena is a beautiful pale stone villa, secluded in three hectares grounds, encircled with fencing and dry stone walls, and surrounded by gardens. It also boasts a large private pool among excellent al fresco facilities. This lovely rural setting makes Helena a very private retreat.
The entrance to the Villa takes place in the living area, which offers a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped designer kitchen, a room used as a laundry and a bathroom. The splendid light that enters through the glass windows stands out against the elegant stone walls and vaulted ceilings of the dining room and living room, which perfectly match the warm colors used for the interiors.
The sleeping area is connected by a covered porch and is made up of three double bedrooms with private bathroom, and two further double bedrooms with shared bathroom, which overlook an internal courtyard partially covered by a pergola and with a fountain in the center.
The trullo, a typical Apulian rural construction with a circular plan, is located a few meters away from the sleeping area, in a position with greater privacy, and consists of another double bedroom with private bathroom.
Therefore Masseria Helena is equipped with 6 double bedrooms in total, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 adults. It is also equipped with all comforts: underfloor heating and cooling system, air conditioning in all rooms and alarm, Wi-Fi internet and SKY subscription.
